With a heritage stretching back to the pharaohs, Egyptian garlic remains one of the most sought-after origins in the global trade. Its intense aroma, high oil content and strong flavour set it apart from milder origins, and Nile Prime supplies both fresh spring garlic and fully cured dry garlic to importers, repackers and food manufacturers worldwide.
Why Egyptian Garlic?
Egyptian garlic offers a rare combination: an early fresh season from March that beats most competitors to market, and properly cured dry garlic available year-round from cold storage. White and red varieties give buyers a choice between larger, milder bulbs and the smaller, more pungent red type prized in traditional cuisines.

Packing & Shipping
Dry garlic is cured, cleaned and packed in 10 kg mesh bags — or hand-tied braids for specialty markets — and shipped in ventilated containers that protect the bulbs from moisture. Fresh garlic moves under refrigeration. We load at Alexandria, Damietta, Sokhna and Port Said, and quote under Incoterms 2020: FOB, CFR/CIF or DAP/DPU.
FAQ
What is the minimum order quantity?
One full container. Mixed loads work well — many buyers combine garlic with onions in a single ventilated container, or split white and red varieties.
Do you offer samples and private label?
Yes. We can courier samples of cured garlic, pack under your own brand in bags or cartons, and arrange SGS or Intertek inspection before loading.
