Valencia Oranges - Egyptian export by Nile Prime

Egyptian Valencia Oranges

Egyptian Valencia oranges Dec–May — sizes 48–125, fresh & juice grade, 15 kg telescopic cartons from the world’s top orange exporter.

Category:

Few citrus products move in the volumes that Egyptian Valencia oranges do — Egypt is the world’s largest orange exporter, and Valencia is the engine of that trade. Prized for high juice content, balanced acidity and a long shelf life, Egyptian Valencia oranges serve both fresh-market programmes and industrial juicing lines. Nile Prime supplies consistent, size-graded Valencia from GLOBALG.A.P farms across the Delta and reclaimed desert lands.

Why Egyptian Valencia Oranges?

Abundant sunshine, Nile-irrigated soils and low production costs let Egypt deliver Valencia at prices few origins can match without sacrificing quality. The season aligns with peak Northern Hemisphere demand, and short sailings to the EU, Gulf, Asia and Africa mean fresher arrivals and lower freight. Guides for Valencia Buyers

FAQ

What is the minimum order for Valencia oranges?

One full 40 ft reefer container. Mixed citrus loads, for example Valencia with Navel oranges, mandarins or lemons, are possible in the overlapping months, and samples can be arranged before you order.

Can you pack under our own brand?

Yes. Private label carton printing, custom size curves and buyer-specified packing formats are standard at our certified packhouses.

Should I order Valencia or Navel?

Valencia if the fruit is going to juice or you need supply later in the citrus year; Navel if appearance on a retail shelf drives the sale. They are not interchangeable, and the comparison guide sets out the trade-offs by programme.

How do I specify sizes and counts?

State the count range rather than a single count, because a tree produces a size curve rather than one size. Sizes 48 to 125 are available; which part of that range is open depends on the point in the season.

Is juice-grade fruit specified differently from table grade?

Yes, and it is usually a cheaper purchase. Juice grade is bought on juice yield and acidity, and accepts cosmetic defects that a retail programme would reject. Tell us the end use and we will quote the grade that fits it.

What happens if arrival condition is disputed?

Independent inspection at arrival against the contracted specification, read alongside the reefer temperature record for the voyage. Agreeing the inspection route before loading is what keeps a condition dispute from becoming an argument.
