Packing & Shipping
Fruit is clipped by hand to protect the button, then washed, waxed, graded and packed into 8–10 kg export cartons. Pallets are pre-cooled and loaded into 40 ft reefer containers under a monitored cold chain to arrival. Shipments depart Alexandria, Damietta, Sokhna and Port Said, quoted under Incoterms 2020 — FOB, CFR/CIF or DAP/DPU.

What is the minimum order for mandarins?
One full 40 ft reefer container. Mixed citrus containers with Navel, Valencia or lemons are a popular option in winter, and pre-shipment samples are available.
Do you offer private label options?

Which variety should I choose?

Why does the button matter on mandarins?
Fruit is clipped rather than pulled so the button stays on. A torn button opens the fruit to decay, which is the most common cause of mandarin losses in transit, so it is a grading point rather than a cosmetic one.
Can I order a single count?
Not realistically. An orchard produces a size curve, so a programme is specified as a count range with a stated tolerance. Insisting on one count raises the price and cuts the volume available.
Can mandarins ship in the same container as oranges?
Yes, in the overlapping months, provided both are held at a compatible set point. Mixed citrus loads are a normal way to start a programme before committing to full containers of each line.
